ARTIST STUDIO
Located in northeastern Pennsylvania, this traditionally framed hewn wood barn structure was carefully deconstructed and reconstructed on its current site. This traditional agrarian structure has been re-purposed for new use as an artist studio and workshop. The usability of the structure was increased with the addition of a new stair tower. This significant vertical element provides access to the upper floor areas of the barn structure. The stone stair tower is constructed with the native field stone excavated from the building site.
